Positions available at McFarlane Group:
Project Manager
Secure contracts for the company through marketing, competitive estimating and bidding, negotiation, and management of those construction projects to ensure the best use of resources to complete the projects to the satisfaction of the customer.
Site Superintendent
Supervise and coordinate activities on the construction site to ensure the work is being properly performed in a timely and cost effective manner. Position requires the use of technical knowledge and assertive project scheduling.
Carpenter
Responsible for many on-site duties ranging from framing, door & window installations, hardware installations, and minor trade work such as drywall and painting.
Labourer
Position entails working on a variety of job sites; interior, exterior and ground up construction projects. Tasks may include operating hand and power tools of all types, cleaning/preparing sites and assist other craft workers.
